At a recent hearing of the Work and Pensions Select Committee, Mr. Stuart Sinclair, Chairman of the Group’s Remuneration Committee, said: “When I go out to see people who are on £22,000, £30,000, £40,000 , they see Antonio as a winner….There is a charisma around Antonio which means a lot of people say “Good luck to him, he works incredibly hard and I don’t resent the money”.

The union is putting together written evidence to the Work and Pensions Select Committee and we are asking for your views on executive pay and pension in Lloyds in this short survey. Of course the survey is completely confidential. It will take only 5 minutes to complete. You can complete an online version of the survey at www.btuonline.co.uk/executive-pay-and-pensions.
